Multiple Tours are offered throughout the day, 9 AM through 2 PM
Get ready to experience what life is like as a Bearcat! Daily visit tours include:
- Walking tour of campus with a current Northwest student, so come prepared with plenty of questions (90-minutes)
- Scholarship Session with a Recruitment Coordinator after your campus tour or academic appointment to discuss scholarships and financial aid (15 min).
- Academic Appointment, be sure to select 'YES' when you register (30 minutes Monday-Friday)

The Visitors Center is on the corner of College Avenue (4th Street) and University Drive. Please check in at the front desk when you arrive for your scheduled visit.
How do I request an academic appointment?
If you'd like an academic appointment with a faculty member, mark "yes" when you register, and we'll set it up for you!
Details will be provided when you check in on the day of your visit; please plan to spend extra time on campus.
Can my family or extra friends come on tour with me?
Yes! We would love to have family and friends experience Northwest with you!
What if I forgot to print my parking pass?
That's okay! Let us know when you check-in, and we'll provide one.
Attire
We'll walk the tour, so we recommend wearing comfortable shoes and bringing a water bottle to stay hydrated throughout the day.

Severe Weather
In the event of inclement weather, we will only cancel campus visits if the university is closed.
