EVENT DETAILS:
Your Summer Daily Visit will include the following!
- Summer Visits are available at 10 A.M. and 1 P.M. Monday-Friday, based on availability
- Walking tour of campus with a current Northwest student. Come prepared with plenty of questions! (90 minutes)
- Academic Appointment: Select 'YES' if you'd like to meet with a faculty member or advisor. Details will be given at check-in on the day of your tour (usually within an hour after your campus tour; plan to spend extra time on campus).
- Individual Scholarship Session: Offered at the end of your tour or academic appointment in Mabel Cook Recruitment and Visitors Center. Sessions last 15 minutes or as long as needed.
- Learn about the admissions process and scholarships, including automatic ones.
- Get details about financial aid and FAFSA.
- Need help with your housing application? Let us know! Accepted for admission and completed your housing? What's next?
- Pick up your free t-shirt at the Mabel Cook Recruitment and Visitors Center before you leave campus!

NOTICE: Our campus will have ongoing construction projects this summer. We are committed to improving our facilities to provide the best possible environment for our students and visitors. Please be aware that some of our buildings will only be available to see from the outside. Due to the number of projects and weather changes, it is uncertain which buildings will be affected each week. We recommend scheduling a follow-up visit this Fall to see the campus in full swing!

Summer Daily Visits begin at Mabel Cook Recruitment and Visitors Center, 524 University Dr, Maryville, MO, 64468. Please check in at the front desk when you arrive for your scheduled visit.
How do I request an academic appointment?
If you'd like an academic appointment with a faculty member, mark "yes" when you register, and we'll do the rest! Appointment time(s) and details will be provided when you check in on the day of your visit; please plan to spend an additional 1 to 2 hours on campus.
Can my family or extra friends come on tour with me?
Yes! We would love to have family and friends experience Northwest with you!
What if I forgot to print my parking pass?
That's okay! Let us know when you check-in, and we'll provide one.
Attire
We'll walk the tour, so we recommend wearing comfortable shoes and bringing a water bottle to stay hydrated throughout the day.
Severe Weather
In the event of inclement weather, we will only cancel campus visits if the university is closed. Make sure to check the weather forecast for both your travel route and Maryville. Your safety is our priority, so don't hesitate to reschedule your visit if needed.
